For hotels with a Big Groups rate already on file and parties up to 18, you’ll see an instant price right in the booking form, same as Private or Shared. Larger parties, or hotels without a published Big Groups rate yet, are routed to a custom quote request instead — our team confirms vehicle count and pricing directly with you rather than guessing at a one-size-fits-all number.
